Our mission is to help people live healthier and fitter lifestyles. We try to do that every day by not only our exercises, but building a supportive community and with our own lifestyles.
Humans are quickly becoming used to less activity. Especially functional activity that helps you in your everyday situations. Riding a bike, playing sports, or even playing with your kids quickly gets replaced by a computer screen or watching TV spread out on the couch when at home. Especially when you feel your body cannot keep up with the daily demands.
We want to help you get back into action and be fit, healthy and capable at an older age.
What is Functional Fitness?
Functional Fitness is based on Functional Movements (like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling) that have been there forever and is being used every day in you daily activities. In spite of all modern technology and machines these movements have survived the test of time for one reason only – they get results.
In our Functional Fitness classes, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning in workouts that are Constantly Varied(never the same) and performed at High Intensity. These movements get scaled according to your ability, age and fitness level so is doable by everyone.
